GamerHut Update – 02/09
Posted September 2, 2010We at the HutNetwork have been very busy with our site GamerHut over the past couple of weeks, it’s been a while since we’ve updated you all on the latest happenings around GamerHut so we’d thought we would let you in on whats new and whats to come.
Over the past couple of weeks, the tournament system has neared completion and we have opened up beta tournaments which can be found HERE. As well as this, the teams page has been completed showing all the teams and the game they play on GamerHut, newer teams that have recently joined GamerHut can be found on the homepage at the bottom right of the page. You can check out the teams page HERE
As we move further on into September, GamerHut itself will see many more functions come into place such as the leagues and ladders, and the much anticipated seedings system. The media aspect such as the VoD and cinema will also be completed in due course so you can upload your favorite matches and your best plays. As if a fully stocked shop wasn’t enough to satisfy your needs, we at GamerHut will also be reviewing the latest gadgets and interviewing the biggest personalities in eSports. On this matter we are looking for more content writers to work for the HuNetwork, more information can be found HERE
There is a lot more on the way so we hope you stay connected to the HutNetwork.

Gamerhut’s Tournaments Updates!
Posted August 18, 2010Welcome to the very first, of many we hope, news post about the Gamerhut tournaments. Right now we have 4 tournaments on the run, 2 for the Playstation 3 and 2 for the Xbox 360. Both platforms have a FFA and a 4v4, both using the decerto v2 ruleset.
With the bracket just gone live for both 4v4s which can be found HERE(360) & HERE(PS3). It seems we are in for some very interesting 1st round match ups between big teams on both platforms.
Moving on now to the FFA tournaments. So far they has been no shock results and with all the chaos of the first round now behind us like with any FFA tournament it seems things will be plain sailing from here. On the Xbox 360 it seems to have thrown up a so called ‘death group’ in the form on group 2. With this in mind we could see some big names heading out in the early stages of this tournament. You can find the groups for PS3 HERE & 360 HERE.
